White males have had more than their fair run, thousands of years in fact, and look at the state the world is in. Male leaders are full of testosterone which encourages them to act aggressively and start wars, to the detriment of women who bear the brunt of wars in witnessing the deaths of their families and rape. Men only think short term, that's why we aren't doing enough to tackle climate change as male leaders instead focus on short term, unsustainable economic growth and vanity projects.
It's time for a change; it's time for women and minorities to take centre stage in global politics to bring fresh new perspectives and ideas for tackling the world's issues. Let's look to the future, not the past.
