Here on the border, most of us hispanics and winter Texans obey the law carefully. We interact with police and the border patrol.
But there are outliers in our community who attempt to get illegals into this country. These illegals look like us and since most of us speak spanish, blend in quite well. If you are found to be an illegal, you either become an outcast or are pushed to become legal. These outcasts run to northern cities, where they get caught up in things like the Latin Kings (AKA, Brown niggers).
