However I did convert to Mormonism. The religious parts are a bit strange unless you really know your new testament in greek and your old testament in hewbrew.
If you research and pray about the parts that you find odd, God will point you in the right direction.

Oh I know. I lived near what is basically the biggest Mormon enclave outside of Utah back in high school and one day I basically got excommunicated from all the Mormon kids overnight. Because it's inherently unbalanced towards a few elite men having many wives.
