Most of the problems in the Middle East stem from after Britain decolonized after the world wars and didn't draw up borders of countries that respect the majority in each area. Now it's a huge clusterfuck of people who hate each other in the same country.

The Middle East has been fucking dogshit for around 1000 years and it's reached the point where the only thing to blame is the people of the Middle East for basing the structure of their nations around Islam.
Besides the Turkroaches did the exact same thing and carved up the Middle East into random blocks but they never ever get called out on it. It's always whitey's fault.
Genghis Khan ended the middle east. They were fine being irrelevant backwater retards until Sykes Picot.
It was the ideal example of why the prime directive in Star Trek is so important.
The Middle East and Africa were clearly very undeveloped places with undeveloped people. By interfering and giving them guns, we stopped their progress and now they're stuck at that tribal killing-each-other phase but with bombs and artillery. We should've let them grow out of their shitty Islam phase but by giving them guns we made their problems worse.
Or maybe we hastened climax of their problems and we've ushered in their golden liberation age faster.
