The only time a man should wear more than one ring at a time is if he's in a biker gang or has other reasons to fight a lot. Rings for men are pretty much only for inflicting more damage with a punch without being charged for carrying brass knuckles.
There was a good scene in an early season of Game of Thrones when Theon returns home. His father basically calls him out for dressing like a whorish woman, and buying jewelry with gold instead of taking it during a raid like a man.
That was before GoT went full-scale SJW. It was much closer to the books, although it's always deviated quite heavily.
