Planning on voting for gary johnson but I live in VA what is the likelihood that trump beats clinton in this state? nova is pretty liberal so I dont want to vote libertarian if theres a serious risk trump will lose the state. thoughts>?

I'm planning for the long term I want the libertarian party to be able to throw its weight around like the other the two major parties. It's only going to grow incrementally so any support it gets counts. Its probably going to be a few more election cycles before it has enough support to produce a competitive candidate. I'll vote for trump but only if I absolutely have to.
