That's pure American thing going on, USA is long over white/black division, so now we talking about good black people vs. bad black people. I've met about two decent black people in my entire life as compared with countless whites, and I live in a ~40% black region in the south. It's not worth trying to differentiate between them since there's a >99% chance it's just going to be a nigger.
