It's a place rooted in it's own culture that constantly shifts and adapts but remains constant at it's core. All newcomers get assimilated or bloated out, the general opinion of everyone is very similar even if the subjective opinion is completely different. It's chaos that somehow becomes order. Thinking about it a bit deeper, this place is really weird.
