It has no end game. It's a civil structure. It's a model for how resources within a society should be allocated, and it very much reflects the tabula rasa of the natural world whereby one can dominate by having a slight advantage. Communism is a forced equilibrium that cannot last precisely because it is not a natural system and it requires humans to act perfect, which they are not.
