I drink quite a lot, and I have for a long time, however, I always did it smart. I eat right, I NEVER go to sleep without properly hydrating and I run every morning to sweat out whatever from the night before.
Haven't had a hangover since I was 16 and my tolerance is now so high that I'd have to drink very recklessly to get "wasted."

I know theres nothing to fear, but my experience really put me off. My high school friend owned a bar and would easily for 3-4 shots a night. Fast forward a few years and when I come to visit he's bloated to hell. I take him to the ER and they drain 2 gallons of fluid from his abdominal cavity. His liver failed and any alcohol he drank went straight to brain. He died after months of slowly losing motor and verbal ability.
