Wow I don't know how to feel about this. Nige means a lot to me, faggy as it may sound.

Well, the whole point of the party was to make the UK leave the EU, and they succeeded.

Sounds like they need a new party with a new name.
>>
Could we use him? We need all the help we can get.
>>
>>79705563
Ukips image will be changed

since half the country sees Nige as a bigoted racist, then this might be a good thing

Now he's gonna make another party.
>>
final nail in the coffin... only sane vote this fall is for hillary. im convinced. this xenophobic fad is passing & we need a tried and true leader. i was going to vote for trump as "for bantz" but this is serious, we need to do whats best for our country and this thread proves it. im ready for her!
>>
>>79705075
Why wouldn't he? He fought for the UK to be independent, they're independent now. He's done his job.
>>
Farrage's last barrage.
>>
Dedicated over 25 years of his life to this struggle, nothing left to say but a sincere "Thanks Nigel"

Hopefully UKIP will continue to prevail without his leadership, we'll see.
>>
He did what he wanted to do for 20 years, Britain is out.
From a fringe man to the man that caused the biggest political event in decades.

Bless this lad

I think this is also an opportunity for us, this now opens a vacant spot in British politics that a strong new anti-immigration politician can fill.
>>
>>79705075
I don't understand, why did he do that?
>>
>>79705075
Well, Brexit has been his entire career. He has achieved his goal. Time to move on. That was to be expected.
>>
>>79705774
He never wanted to be a politician.
>>
>>79705774
Because he can take it, so we'll chase him
>>
What is he going to do now? Surely this can't be the end of his political career. He must have been offered a better job that he can't take while he is in ukip
>>
I dont think this changes anything, hes still going to do everything he wants, he's just not going to be the figurehead of UKIP, which is probably a good thing. If a cult of personality developed too strongly around him it would risk his chances of death and the party would just be an extension of himself, not able to function on its own.

He's still going to be an MEP, and will be in leave negotiations if he's asked.
>>
>>79705075
And all these dumb Remain-blokes all think Farage is a 'coward'.
>>
>>79705075
Well he won the referendum but the UK is still in the EU.
The pro-EU cunts are trying to pull some shit and disregard the vote.
He should've stayed until they are actually out for good.

Is it possibly just a ruse to come back with a vengeance if the EU cunts succeed with their trickery?
He already resigned to just come back a few days later before.
>>
>>79706781

It has been a major political career for Nigel, he left the Tories and formed UKIP for the very purpose of getting the UK out of the EU. What else is there for him to do? There's no more career for him to move to, it's not like he could ever become PM unless he re-joined the Tories or joined the labour party and they voted him as leader, but it would never happen.

Statement from Nigel Farage

I have decided to stand aside as Leader of UKIP. The victory for the 'Leave' side in the referendum means that my political ambition has been achieved. I came into this struggle from business because I wanted us to be a self-governing nation, not to become a career politician.

UKIP is in a good position and will continue, with my full support to attract a significant vote. Whilst we will now leave the European Union the terms of our withdrawal are unclear. If there is too much backsliding by the Government and with the Labour Party detached from many of its voters then UKIP's best days may be yet to come.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you the membership for your extraordinary support and generosity over the many years, I could not have done it without you.

Yours as ever,

Nigel Farage

Of course he is. You do realize the UKIP don't actually go to sessions of Parliment unless they can grand stand for cameras, right? He himself has bragged about how much he's wasted fucking around on the taxpayer's coin (about 2m GBP) going on holiday and doing fuckall.

Not that I actually expect her to do anything, but technically the Queen appoints the PM; it's just substantially easier to form a working government if Parliament has already picked a candidate.

We have media reports every day telling us that most Britains are actually against Brexit and it was an accident voter to leave out of uninformedness.
Our main TV news channel ARD even showed the part of Farage's EU speech where he said none of the EU leaders have ever done a real job and called it a "Pöbelrede", basically shittalk.
Sadly most people are buying it.

I think he's freeing himself from UKIP so he can be a guest speaker at foreign LeaveEU conventions without it effecting his duties as leader.

Plus, he did it, he completed his goals, he has no need to lead UKIP anymore as him at the helm was only damaging the party in the eyes of the public.

Here in his leaving statement:

"I have decided to stand aside as Leader of UKIP.

Yours, Nige ;) "

When has USA occupied Berlin twice exactly? WW1 is a no-go on occupying Berlin. WW2 I could somehow see, though the Soviets cucked you to it before you were even close. So which two times are those?
>>

I would bet with you that that the members of UKIP show up and speak more often in parliament than the average MEP.
You know they actually give MEPs good boy money every time they show up (even if they can leave the room right after), to at least fill a few chairs? This is the same policy they use in some American ghettos to persuade niggers to go to school.
There's a Romanian MEP who has voted yes on every single law proposition. Doesn't even bring the voting sheet to pretend he knows what he's voting on. UKIP did more work and research than most of these clowns.

He left because he doesn't want to be the one to actually take Britain out of EU, as the consequences of that move will be massive and are guaranteed ruin the political career of whoever becomes responsible for it.

David Cameron is the real master poker player here. By resigning he not only avoided taking the responsibility himself (he was in support of remain anyways), he also forced the "leave" side to finally stand up and fulfill their promises. This is why you have so many of the "Leave" politicans now weaseling out of their false promises and politics in general. Nobody wants the Brexit hot potato.

I'm trying to lead Europeans to their next revolution against this self-hatred but I'll be honest. I've not been able to find one. It's the same with the whites here. I tried logic and reasoning but their minds flick off when these topics come up. I even tried to make some hate me but they just apologize or tell me how wonderful things are.

I don't want the whites to die out or become a minority in their nations but I can't find any way to make them love themselves again. Not reason, not anger, nothing. Years now and nothing.
What does it take to undo this brainwashing on the Europeans and my countrymen? I'm willing to die with them hating me and being my killers if it would just mean they could love themselves again but nothing works. How do I make my countrymen my countrymen again and not this pathetic former shell of the people who conquered the vast continent?

I'm no expert but from this side of the pond it seems like Germany doesn't want to be stuck funding the freeloading shitholes like Greece and Spain all on their lonesome.

The EU is sick. Very, very sick. It's lurched from one disaster to another over its history and without the strength of the British financial sector, I don't see how this failcascade can continue to struggle on.

>>79716762

They are, actually, especially when you compare Japan/China to England/Continent:

I don't think you fully appreciate the results of the Brexit vote. Beforehand, everyone was waxing eloquent about how brexit would "never happen," how it was "unthinkable," how it was "impossible." And then it happened. There is clearly no political mandate there; not nearly as strong a mandate as they need. 50% support is not enough to justify the ceding of national sovereignty.
>>
>>79717073

you keep saying brexit happened, but it didn't you fucking ignorant twat. until article 50 of the lisbon treaty has been invoked the UK is still in the EU. how hard is this to understand?

the only thing that happened was a referendum, something the UK actually has ignored in the past. they are in NO WAY LEGALLY BINDING.

Canadians liberated us.. Americans were too busy losing the race to Berlin from the Red Army.. Also, the British bombing campaigns were meant to break the German morale, and cause resistance to the Nazi regime. So they bombed areas that were already skeptical of Hitlers policies, rather than militairy targets.
>>
>>79718780
You can be a ‘WWII buff’ without knowing a thing. It's just what your hobby is, not what you know, and as it turns out you don't know jack shit.
Why don't you go to Germany, visit some cities there? You can still see the scars and let me tell you something, they sure as hell aren't where Hitler's supporters lived.
The allies mostly bombed people who hated Hitler's guts and who had very little choice.
