But I guess, since the director of the CIA talked about a new technology that puts shit in planes and releases it, this must mean the CIA has been putting malicious chemicals in planes you see a trail behind for the last few decades.
I don't understand the controversy. Cloud seeding is common knowledge, and testing biological weapons on unsuspecting domestic populations is common knowledge. Why are chemtrails still considered a conspiracy theory? Perhaps there is some dispute about how often they are used, but there can be no dispute as to their existence.
