Why is there never civil discussion about politics on the internet? Especially in the american politics , people have just formed massive circlejerk groups where they talk shit about the other group. And when these groups merge it's a complete war zone, people just flinging shit and calling names. It's disgusting.
fuck off you liberal cuck sage
The Internet itself killed politics and by design too.
it's a DARPA brainwashing weapon. it's not neutral and never was
"politics" requires real life meetings to truly be discussed , as do most social functions. Anonymity is degenerate. The Internet is killing humanity
that's the only truly "politically incorrect" to say on the Internet. Being anti-Internet.
"technology is neutral" is possibly the greatest lie ever told in the modern age

>being this dumb you can only use buzzwords and yell "sage"
which is btw, against the rules :^)

4chan is like a western modern democracy:
inherently open to subversion and tyranny of the masses. The mods don't moderate.
I'm surprised how many people here claim to oppose democracy and be in favor of authority, yet they cling to this anonymous internet forum which is the very essence of why democracy is degenerate. They themselves are steeped in degeneracy and liberalism because 4chan itself in its very medium is degenerate
in reality, a real identity, controlled Internet would be a good thing, it's just not popular here because channers are used to indulging in all sorts of perverted shit in "private" and don't want to be exposed.
people on 4chan bitch about "Reddit invasion" but in reality it's 4chan's fault that redditors could even invade. It's an inherent flaw in anonymous public forums. it's like leaving your borders open 24/7.
People who want real political discussion must create a community that can enforce rules and kick out those who don't follow them.
there's no "Taking back" or "reforming" 4chan
it's always been shit and not a place for good discussion. You can't fight shills or normies off because 4chan's format lets them in in droves. it was only good in the past because of how few people used it.
You have to grow out of 4chan

epic falseflag

>it's a DARPA brainwashing weapon. it's not neutral and never was
It's accidental outgrowth of making fighters subsystems communicate with each other... meant to send annoying messages to other DARPA or other associated research organizations employees.
Basically it was meant for shitposting from the day one.

yeah but not for the masses.

it was a joke dummy
>there's never any civil discussion it always turns into namecalling
>I namecall and get uncivil immediately
haha very funny
To answer your question though it's more polarized online than irl, especially when anonymous. People can act a certain way to garnish rewards like (you)s, upboats, likes, while in real world application the solutions are much more nuanced do to greater personal risk (ie, woman withholding sex, ostracism)
