Well think like this. There's no possible way terrorists will ever hijack another plane and fly it into a building on US soil ever again . There's so many security measures now which didn't exist before. So they'll have to improvise to do something like 9/11. But how? Chemical warfare? Explosives? Neither will be near 9/11 level. I think the only way that something of 9/11 level could happen again is the FBI don't catch it preemptively, but ISIS trying to form an Islamic caliphate in some state in the US, but that would take atleast another 100k Isis style Muslims. Then maybe. But even that is slim.

No, there isn't. You can build a bomb with stuff bought AFTER airport security (condom, lithium battery, water, christmas ornament, axe spray), and you can still forge passports. Doing it the exact same way is just an even bigger "fuck you" to the US.
