You're right, it's her incompetence that is her worst trait. Libya has become unusable when it was supposed to be made into a puppet state. Clinton lost control entirely.
She failed to over throw Syria despite every dirty trick in the book, she failed in Ukraine despite billions of dollars pumped into their 'revolution'. Putin barely even has to try to out play her. Sure, they have to suffer the consequences in the form of sanctions and other bullshit but he's still the one getting his way.
She's not even a challenge for him. She's weak, demanding, over sure of herself and has failed to deliver a single success while leaving a trail of useless destruction in her wake.
