There's a guy who created a site that details his "defooing" stuff, and has quotes from people who were supposedly in his "inner circle".
I have no idea whether or not it's legitimate, but it's enough to make me weary of him in general. I tend to agree with much of his stuff, and a lot of his arguments are philosophically sound, but it doesn't seem too much of a stretch to believe he might be a sociopath who would take advantage of people by convincing himself what he's doing is for their own good. I suspect he's sort of a true believer type, who does it in earnest, and considers what he's doing a moral good.
I have noticed that his main detractors are religious, and have a seething hatred for anyone who might suggest that abandoning "toxic" family members is harmful. So who knows how much is true and how much is spun.
Then again, when he invites people like Alex Jones on his show, it basically kills any of his credibility , in my mind, at least.
