Most s. Euros have the skin of the first three but the hair almost like the 4th albeit lighter and on the brown, plus normally light brown eyesor dark brown eyes(Italy has the overall higher frequency of light eyes among big southern countries but it is still just ~30%).

"White" doesn't mean anything. It only makes sense in former colonies, where "White" people are a mix of Europeans ethnicities with often a bit of Native or African blood thrown in. It creates a whole new ethnicity.
I really hate seeing Europeans using this word, for example the ethnicity for British people being considered as "White British", which means they get mixed with European immigrants and their descendants. It's the final stage of the creation of a multiethnic society.
I don't identify with "White". Too globalist for me. I'm a Frenchman, of French ethnicity (with a bit of Polish thrown in). Of course I do feel a sense of kinship with fellow Europeans, but I would never consider myself European over French. I don't think there is a common European identity, despite what the EU thinks.
