"tortilla de maiz" refers to the yellow corn tortillas
"tortilla de maiz blanco" refers to the white corn tortillas i think these have some flour mixed in im not sure how they get the white. they have a lighter texture and taste vs yellow corn tortillas.
"tortillas de harina" are the soft taco you might want to refer to when ordering a quesadilla. its really not hard.

All I know from Mexico is the food my mom cooked. Never bothered to learn anything.
