Yeah man sometimes placenames are really fucked up, they use different transliterations for places and especially with small towns it makes them impossible to find

Sometimes for this reason its impossible to place exactly on the map where something happened that Masdar or SANA report on

I actually have a text file where I list different transliterations of placenames so I can search for all of them on Twitter

I would bet that whatever interest the KSA has she would fulfill to her abilities. She might continue airstrikes, but I'm doubtful she would attempt a military intervention. Of course she might do something unpredictable if the public outcry is loud enough (and her Saudi masters demand she do it.)

That's accurate. Trump has been a isolationist from the beginning. He wants to make *America great again, not stomp around the world. He might order full scale operations against ISIS, but it would be fairly quick. I think he would probably try to end all of the American involvement in the ME conflicts.

Things heating up in Afghanistan!
>Taliban bombers have attacked an Afghan police convoy outside the capital Kabul, killing at least 30 people and wounding 50 others, officials say.
>The Taliban's main targets are the Afghan government, international organisations and foreign military, but in particular the Afghan army and police force.
>There have been numerous attacks on the Afghan police, even when the officers are unarmed. They are perhaps a softer target than the army, using un-armoured vehicles and lighter weapons.
>The Taliban have tried to increase their attacks recently, especially after the appointment of their new leader.
>Big attacks make headlines, but there have been many foiled attacks that are not widely publicised.
>Taliban violence normally increases at this time of year, but this year there is an unusual upsurge in several provinces.

you make something for yourself not for a girl. that's why I said the rest will follow. In the end you can always pay a prostitue but if you are still longing for love you can just get over yourself and ask one out, you will not be the first to ask a girl out nor the last and even if you fail you will learn from it. We always learn from mistakes so you just have to go trough a lot to get where you want to be.. Good luck man! Just don't bother about it,,,

Many, not all. And probably they aren't socially awkward. Last year I had to spend 2 months with little to no social contact, you literally get socially retarded. After coming back I just couldn't act naturally in some situations and felt weird. So I guess the best advice really is to get out, get a hobby where you interact with other people, the rest will follow.

>>79331162
Never saw that one before, really nice.do you have one of the east Aleppo powerplant kettle?

>>79331189
I wouldn't exactly call trump an isolationist, but he's a lot less aggressive than Clinton, by far. I agree with the rest, if he keeps what he says he won't pull shit like what bongo/Clinton did in lybia and Syria. I don't like what hr says about Iran, but he's about as good as an US politician with a chance to get elected will get I guess.

>>79331780

there is enough pussy out there for him. russia has more women than men it's just a question of standard and if he is willing to search for her in places that are not infested with those shitty pickup-idiots that transform normal girls into snubs because they play their fucking numbers game and mislead them into thinking they are all special flowers... just because they get hit on and flooded with texts by these douches...
>>
>>79332017
He isn't. He says that the US needs to stop nation building and being the world police. He calls what happened in Syria and lybia a huge mistake. He doesn't want further involvement in ME conflicts.

His stance on Iran is note offensive, but that might just be pandering to Israel for the elections sake. He always calls Obama lifting the sanctions a huge mistake and that they'll have nukes if no one stops them.

“To scare us, they threw human heads at us. The head of a small child fell on my foot. My shoes got bloodied, and I really got scared,” he said over the phone from Tehran where he had recently returned. “I entered a building and my foot touched a wire and triggered an explosion. 12 pieces of shrapnel hit my legs and my hand.”

American soldiers and their PTSD will probably never compare to the nightmares Arabs and Middle Easterners go through

Once my day is over, I'll make an official /sg/ YouTube account so we can streamline that too. The problem with that is it has to be updated continuously and we have videos from many sources. A youtube account takes care of that problem and it's easier to go back in time and see older videos. We don't have to upload stuff on it necessarily. I just want to try to make it a little easier for us and if doesn't work, we can abandon it.

>Obama Administration Offers Russia Deal on Military Cooperation in Syria

>The offer, which was sent to Moscow on Monday, proposes to share targets and coordinate in an extended bombing campaign against al-Nusra Front militant group, The Washington Post newspaper reported, citing a source in the Obama administration.

>The deal is backed by US Secretary of State John Kerry and has been personally approved by US President Barack Obama, the publication added, noting that the United States has in return requested Russia to pressure the Syrian government to stop carrying out strikes against groups not considered terrorist by the United States.

Obongo yields again. kek.

Clinton said she wants to increase airstrikes on ISIS and deploy a limited number of ground troops in Syria. She also wants to introduce a no-fly zone and get rid of the Assad goverment in addition to destroying ISIS. That probably implies arming opposition forces like the FSA, Al-Nusra, as well as bombing government forces in Syria. Note that there is a large difference between what Hillary says and what she intends to do.

>>79330922

Trump said that he wants to cooperate with those who fight ISIS, including Russia and the Syrian government. He'll probably continue with the airstikes, maybe step them up a bit, but he doesn't want to deploy ground troops. He also mentioned that the economic infrastructure of ISIS must be taken out by bombing the oil fields, the oil convoys, finding out where's the oil going and sanctioning those buying it.

Google translated:

a suspect in the terrorist attack in Istanbul has repeatedly refused to extradite to Russia

During the Second Chechen War Chatayev Ahmed was arrested on suspicion of involvement in illegal armed groups, but managed to avoid jail. In 2001, he left Chechnya in 2003 in Austria was granted refugee status.

One of the arguments for granting him asylum steel Chatayev statements that he was allegedly tortured in custody, with the result that he had to amputate his right arm. According to others, chat, he lost an arm due to injury in the battle with the Russian military.

In spring 2008 Chatayev detained in Sweden - while in his car found weapons and ammunition. More Ahmed Chatayev years spent in a Swedish prison.

In the same year, a court convicted Chatayev Chechen terrorism and participation in armed gangs and ordered his arrest in absentia. Information about Chatayev was placed in the Interpol database. However, according to some sources, he was on the wanted list since 2003 on suspicion of supporting militants in the North Caucasus, writes DW.

In Jan 2010, at the request of Russian law enforcers Chatayev was detained in Ukraine. Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine at the same time reported that his mobile phone has instructions for demolition work. However, Russia has not been extradited Chatayev, including due to the pressure from the human rights organization Amnesty International and the European Court of Human Rights. As a holder of refugee status, he fell under the protection of international conventions.

In May 2011, Chatayev was detained on the border of Bulgaria and Turkey, but his extradition to Russia again did not take place because of the refugee status.

aren't they US puppets at this point?
aren't they Dependant on US supplying them
>>
>>79369830
Pretty sure, but I read an article about the YPG. The Peshmerga has volunteers in Iraq, where basically if you're a war vet you fly in, go to a recruiting office, and they put you in a safe area to do security work. Then they talked about the Syrian YPG and one guy's experience with it

>Fly into Iraq with a 150K hit on your head already
>Meet guys in parking lot
>They have to stay secret, so they don't tell you what they'll look like
>Have to just fucking trust them, drive around for a few hours
>Hold up in a safe house
>Cross a mine field and a berm into Syria
>Fight with both SAA and ISIS

The YPG may be our puppets, but we aren't making it easy to join, and the Peshmerga - who are also out puppets - are making it even harder.

Also YPG may work opportunistically with terrorists like Al-Nusra
>>

the "official" plan (such as it was) was to establish autonomous cantons within Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Iran (in that order)
Kurdistan-the-country would be unsustainable, because landlocked
>>
>>79370102
id imagine its easier to join the SDF
>>
>>79370213
I thought that the SDF basically morphed from the YPG, all the social media shows the YPG/J standing side by side with SDF guys, who I guess are more moderate. The problem is that the YPG is more established with their fanbase and propaganda, and the SDF is sort of a weaker, younger version.

>>79370175
>unsustainable

Plenty of middle eastern landlocked countries are sustainable. Turkmenistan is super wealthy from the oil money, and Afghanistan used to be okay. Kurdistan would have oil and plenty of crops, they're pretty much a breadbasket, right? They're the farmers of Syria.

I am almost done subscribing to a big list of channels including /sg/ approved ones and a ton of FSA ones. Youtube won't let me suscribe to any more channels because I suscribed to a lot. After I'm done with that, I will format the Youtube channel and then I will integrate it into the wordpress.

Perhaps the /sg/ youtube channel will even allow the OP post to be shortened. I'm not sure how well this project will work out but there is no damage done and it is worth a shot.

not since after the Civil war, especially not since the 2002 Memorandum of Understanding and ESPECIALLY not since the 2006 war.

Hezbollah has done more to protect Christians than the west has, specifically with fighting to liberate a lot of christian villages in Syria from FSA, and Iraqi hezbollah doing the same in Iraq.

Christians are allowed to join but it isn't particularly common, thoguh Christians support them.

In the lebanese parliament, Hezbollah and another Christian party are allied and in a coalition together.

If anyone is interested in how a news media in the gulf recaps the new Assad interview:

>Al Assad: Western nations quietly collaborating with Syria
>Criticises US for creating problems that it fails to solve

>“So, it’s not about America occupying Syria. What’s next? What do they want to achieve? They haven’t achieved anything. They have failed in Libya, in Iraq, in Yemen, in Syria, everywhere. They only created chaos. So if the United States wants to create more chaos, it can ... but can they solve the problem? No.”

he is talking about re-capturing three villages and an area called "tal el hadadeh" , he also mentions that many machines were captured like the tank and the truck that you see in the video
he also mentions that they are near a town called "salma" ? , and they are going to advance to this town soon
>>
>>7940495
They captured 4 t-55
>>
>>79404958

Salma? just great...the SAA wants to squander another region they conquered and lost many men for last year...first south aleppo, now latakia. what's next? they give back kuweires airport to ISIS?

by the way. this is salma

http://wikimapia.org/9533460/ar/кypopт-Caльмa-قرية-سلمى

kek - "kurort" (Sanatorium) Salma - probably the nusra-FSA friends just have a soar back and are in need of a mud bath

but really, goddammit SAA ! if Salma falls only the capture of Castello Road would make up for it.

some guy said the same thing on /k/ i browse both /sg/ and the /Middle east/ threads for a long time so,

This is what i said:

'the problem is the geography of the handarat camp. Its a town in a small valley, you cant go around, or flank it. You can on come in from one way. Every gun in handarat camp is pointed at the end where the SAA and allies are behind. When they move in the rebels just concentrate fire and the SAA is forced to move out, its one big tunnel of death

It could work, but only in conjuction with a mallah assault. I have a feeling the tiger foces know the rebels are throwing everything at them, i think they are trying concentrate as many rebels in one area and kill as fucking many as they can (which is going pretty well i would say). Maybe after a few weeks of fighting a handarat push will come.

Also: the SAA wants to clear out the neighbourhoods (recent assaults) next to sheiks Masqoud to be able to pincer from mallah and allepo city aswell and cut the suppyline. Only problem is urban fighting is slow and deadly and the front has been unchanged for years. So lets see if theyl make.

Im pretty impressed by the SAA so far and yes they are causing real panic under nusra and friends.'

adding to this: this is the reason JaF went for Kinsabba -> trying to lure the SAA elite units away from mallah

pic only geographicly related. Was made by some pro jihadi shill.
>>
>>79352943
not going to happen.

See Kinsabba as Khan Tuman and Salma as Al-Hadher. Its bad losing one, but its not bad at all if you still hold the other.

The jihadist gains dont mean shit looking at castello. The whole of fucking lattakia doenst mean shit to the mallah farms

>his is the reason JaF went for Kinsabba -> trying to lure the SAA elite units away from mallah

>>79405803
>The jihadist gains dont mean shit looking at castello

yes clearly, like they did in south aleppo. my fear is that SAA will have neither Latakia, nor south aleppo, nor castello road. If they get castello road - all is hunky dory! If...

russians will bomb them to shreds in latakia...
really stupid move of the rebels...
there is no other area in sysria where the russians can drop bomb faster..

i hope they continue that offensive in latakia and lose even more fighers in that meatgrinder.
>>

- jordan is set to control the holy cities like the al-aqsa
- much of ISIS syria territory would clinton hand over to the sunni iraq.

but all is naught. clinton and friends hate splitting up colonial states. much too functional the result would be..hard to control

Can't split either nation without a US ground invasion.

As it stands, Sunnis are set to be cleansed from both countries with no realistic way to oppose the Shiites.

In Syria some Sunnis might persist, but in Iraq it's looking grim.
>>
>>79413705
Iraq is already split into Kurdistan and the rest. The only "if" is if it splits ones more into Sunni and Shia Iraq in my opinion.

I'd be surprised if the Syrian Kurds isn't given some kind of autonomy too.

The video starts with the jihadi talking about the news of capturing a pilot in eastern qalamun on the date of 1-7-2016 , then the jiihadi mentions the name of the pilot (nawras hasan) , then he asks the pilot to introduce himself , the pilot mentions his name his date of birth and where he was born ( from lathika) and mentions that he has been flying since 1999 , and mentions that the fighter jet that he was flying was sukhoi Su-24 ( I'm not good with these names so am not sure if that's 100% accurate) , and then he asks him where did he served before he was transferred to el dumair air base , and asks him why he was moved there , the pilot mentions a couple of air bases , then he says that it was because of higher commands

One of the comments from the video writes:

>Apparently, Jaish al-Islam claims that it shot down the Su-22, that the ejecting pilot was seized by Jabhat al-Nusra, and that Nusra executed him instead of handing him over to Jaish. Nusra says that the Su-22 crashed because of technical failure and thus they had no obligation to turn the pilot over to Jaish.
