As much as I would love to witness this happening, it probably never will occur. The various governments that have Assyrians could offer incentives to have them immigrate to what would be Assyrian territory. The other best solution is to advocate for Greater Syria, but getting the various levantine states to support this will be a struggle all on it's own.
