It should be illegal to let pregnant women give birth to defected spawn Im pretty sure we have the tech to analyze and check for autism and other things. Yes that means forced abortions at the same time we should have a genetic enhancement program increase iq/strength/health of all humans being born...In time i believe its the only solution to racism that doesn't fix our problem by making us mix.
