When an organisation fail the leader of the organisation is expected to step down.
If the EU was a Company and Juncker its CEO the board would've fired him in an instant.
In general really, if you have a job you're expected to be good at it, if you aren't you get fired. Why isn't this the case within the EU and its leadership?

You let in 1 million arabs and africans, nothing happens, you lose Crimea to Russia nothing happens, Britain leaves the EU nothing happens.
