Following the failure of Brexit - why isn't Juncker stepping down?

When an organisation fail the leader of the organisation is expected to step down.

If the EU was a Company and Juncker its CEO the board would've fired him in an instant.

In general really, if you have a job you're expected to be good at it, if you aren't you get fired. Why isn't this the case within the EU and its leadership?

Why do I still get updates from this guys Twitter when he just lost one of the most important member of the EU?

I think that it's telling quite a lot about the EU that nobody is losing his/her job following this massive defeat.

Because the EU is a gravy train and proud of it.

It's a bizarro dictatorship what do you expect?

Yes, it is funny how they don't see it themselves. They have failed at what they are supposed to do but nobody takes any responsibility.

Look at China, if you do a poor job you might actually get shot. But in the EU nothing happens. You let in 1 million arabs and africans, nothing happens, you lose Crimea to Russia nothing happens, Britain leaves the EU nothing happens. How can an organisation remain competitive if there's no accountability?

Juncker is unelected so he doesn't have to worry about repercussions if he doesn't resign. Unlike Dave.

Not a very strong case

Europhiles seem to be in denial about this which is really sad. The EU could've been great.

>What is it about you English? You employ your wives and you sleep with your staff!
Where were these bants when Brexit happened? Maybe they could have stopped it after all.
