Is Montreal the best city in North America?
In my opinion it is. Montreal is 70% white, very rich, very safe, has great infrastructure, world class nightlife, and a great culture. Also weed, hookers, and gambling are legal. Really the only other city in North America that can compete is San Francisco and that is only because of the incredible natural beauty surrounding the city.
