Firstly Scotland wont be allowed anothere referendum from UK. they had one already.
Secondly Scotland will not meet the economic criteria while the oil price is $48pb. It needs to be $150pb. Remember extraction cost is $80pb and rising. It might not be high enough for another 10 or 15 years.
Thirdly, it is unlikely that Spain and Belgium will support Scotlands fast-track into the EU, even if the economy was good, due to Catalonia, Basque country, and Flanders issues.

Firstly, there are many separatist movements on the continent. notably Spain, France and Belgium, They would not want to encourage these groups to believe they can also secede and gain EU membership.
Secondly, an independent Scotland would certainly be a net recipent of EU funding given its lack of industry, low price of oil and a high welfare bill. Given that the UK just blew a £9b hole in the EU budget they will not be keen on bringing Greece 2.0 into the fold for the next 20 years assuming the EU lasts that long.

They will be denied full membership because Spain and a couple of other countries have separatist movements in their regions. If the EU gives full membership to Scotland, it will encourage seperatism.
Scotland can still be a member of the European Economic Area and recieve funding from the EU; Scotland will have no voting rights over policy matters, though.
This is the same position as Norway and Iceland.

They won't want to when they have to take the Euro if they think they can join Europe, and they won't be allowed due to protests from Spain and Belgium.
By all means they can try for an independence referendum, but it won't change anything more than it would have last time.

Scotland has a legal basis for another referendum. In 2014 they voted to remain part of a European country, called the United Kingdom. That country no longer exists, in constitutional terms.

Irrelevant. Scotland can join the EEA and receive EU, IMF and IBRD funding.

Scotland is a gibsmedat nation to the north of England which gets more public spending than any English region and has subsidised industries like shipbuilding which were allowed to die off in England. it also has a massive amount of public sector workers paid by government (England). They always need a sugar daddy to avoid becoming Albania without the sunshine,- if not England then the EU.
You need a low budget deficit to join the EU.

That was dubious in 2014 and is still dubious. The Spanish then explicitly said they wouldn't block Scottish entry if independence was democratic and accepted by the UK government.

Scotland as it stands is not a sovereign state. If they were independent they could certainly apply for membership and would likely be fasttracked. The biggest problem with scotland joining if it went independent was the UK. However if the UK is out of the EU that problem is gone.
