Forex isn't a scam per se, but if you go in without being under the wing of a pro you will get fucked hard.

just go buy currencies at your local airport

why would i get fucked hard? do they not trade currencies at the current rates?

Things fluctuate at great speed and without a system you will lose money quickly. The best answer is to have some kind of automated buy/sell algorithm since that removes human error. If you have those tech skills have at it, and you'll reliably make money.

why do i have to provide citizenship information to make an account?

My best friend worked at FXCM for years. They actively bet against their clients.

Most forex or even discount brokerages are just more sophisticated modern day bucket shops.

I don't really know, so I'll just say 'the Jews'. I imagine it's for market regulation and statistical purposes though.

I dunno. Muh terrorisms maybe?

Don't most financial institutions ask for your tax payer ID though?

Its not like completely that weird.

The website/company itself is not a scam but believing anything will happen but you losing your money to some dude who beats off with rolls of $100s stuffed up his ass is where the scam is at
