The UK is literally our fatherland. Canada is our younger brother. Our dad tried to enforce strict discipline on us, but we rebelled and staked a life for ourselves on our own. Sure the break wasn't easy for either of us, but we've come to terms and understand each other (for the most part), maintaining a special relationship (though what country DOESN'T have a special relationship with the UK?).
