I've seen the evidence but something just doesn't seem right.
The constituent count was in the 2 millions but the country count wasn't.
It's been suggested that this was because the country count wasn't updating, but this is untrue because the increasing values shows that country votes were in fact increasing like normal, including GB.
It could be that the count started at a base number at the start of the day, and as it reached around 11pm the file read from a backup/other information file and updated, but again the vote wouldn't have been 2 million votes out from 400k - that would mean that the counter is barely records a fraction of the votes sent in.
Another suggestion is that the countries update separately to the constituencies. However Great Britain was the only country had an absurd surge in votes. Furthermore, it would be illogical since the total number of votes from the country could have just been calculated in a simple sum function rather than poorly updating, hence it should have changed with constituencies correctly.
The constituencies count was correct, but the GB country count did not. I still can't figure out a logical reason for why this is the case.
