It depends, I lived in southern Spain for 9 years and knew of some truely white looking spaniards, some even having blonde hair and blue eyes. However, I know of some spaniards that could pass for an Arab, which is due to Moorish rape babies. It is no secret that Portugal, Spain, Sicily and Greece were all enriched by Moors or Turks, so it depends on the individual.

Nationalism is important because the alternative is globalism, which leads to a single power structure that will be abused thoroughly until the regular people are just meat for the grinder. People do not have any sort of democratic control under any globalist system. Culture also has no place in a globalist system, and that is one of the best parts of being human. You can clearly see European countries destroying their own countries to make way for this globalist system and it is disgusting.
Communism is a sort of low budget globalism, and it has always lead to mass killings, genocide and a lack of any kind of agency for people that aren't in power. There is no incentive to excel at what you do, just to pull the bare minimum required.
