I'm a woman and when I was in the workforce I hated working with woman and woman managers. It's a who is the prettiest, popular, drama bullshit with girls. I Still get pissed at my last female boss who could not handle not being the pretty girl at the store. Note she and I where the only females. Also she was 6' and 450lbs so yea I had the pretty girl card by being 5'5" white 100lb girl.
