How do brexiters feel about maybe losing Scotland? Whether or not you think it'll happen, how do you feel about this consequence.

Is that a GWB?

Nice dubs hombre, but alas, we appear to be keeping the ungrateful swine.
Europe just said no, and the EU ref numbers while significant, don't edge out the old ref numbers.

Those heroin swilling jocks are going to be on our sofa for the forseeable future.

We've been trying to get rid of them for years but they just won't fuck off.

The EU literally said they won't accept Scotland today. They're officially announcing it tomorrow.

Scotland is a black hole of debt and yearly deficits. There's no way the EU would take them without decades of economic growth.

It also doesn't help that the Scottish people are retarded.

Why are they so mad about losing the 10% of their budget given to them by the EU that they're willing to cut away from the 90% of their budget given to them by the British government.

Their population is fucking nothing. Without our taxpayer's money, they would literally have to pay a flat rate of 60% income tax to run the country anywhere near how it's currently run.

The EU has already said no in private discussions with Scotland. They've shut up now.

They wouldn't have ran their mouths if the SNP wasn't made up of 80 IQ chav lesbians

EU already said no
Belgium and Spain have said they would veto Scotland joining
55% of the population voted to remain in the UK, and will again

Enough of this Scotland is leaving leftist BS.

Now is a time of British unity, patriotism and celebration, not divisiveness.

Maybe shorten that to an acronym.

Learn your geography you American mongs.

Hadrian's Wall doesn't even go across Scotland's border, it shaves horizontally across England.

This.
Enough divide and conquer and get on with it.
It's getting to a point where some of the guys are sounding like SNP shills pretending to be English.

Scottish pleople that voted for no independence feels cheated now:
>Scottish voters and especially the the 177,000 estimated EU citizens that live in Scotland were threatened with expulsion from the EU if we voted Yes in 2014. This was a major factor in securing the NO vote and now we know (as Business for Scotland always said) Scotland’s EU membership was more at risk from voting No in 2014.
>Updated – Now that Scotland has voted in every council area to Remain in the EU and that the sheer weight of English Leave votes will mean Scotland is dragged out of the EU against it’s will it is worth considering all of the other broken promises of the Better Together campaign.

tippitytopkek. I love old Scotland historically, but today Scotland is just full of underclass pinkos and druggies. Scotland would not be able to offer the EU anything that would warrant the financial drain they would become.

Unless rainy vacations suddenly becomes a booming industry.

I'm not too sure of your geo-politics, but wouldn't a lot of oil-rigs be in Scottish waters?

Because since Thatcher England has become a service-oriented economy, with relatively little industry (which is now in risk of leaving for the EU) and agriculture/fishing?

All you have left is banking, or am I missing something?

so self determination ends where a certain political agenda begins?
>>
>>78747402
My flag is clearly not Bong.

I don't think Scotland produces enough oil to maintain its current economy without being part of the UK.
>>
>>78746500

Get a sense of humor. It may not be at the modern day scottish border but it was clearly intended to keep Pictish raiders out of Roman Britain.

Honestly surprised you aren't being pedantic enough to point out that the Scoti were still in Ireland at that point.
>>
>>78747832
Isn't like a third of Scottish jobs based on various services to the UK army?
>>
>>78746500

Close enough for me. They can have that sliver of England as well if they want. Just so long as they leave.
>>
>>78747832
Right, I only looked at the pic.

I would assume that the oil platforms are further north in the sea, like Norway's.

I would assume it would be an even geographic split on the border and that Scotland would get a lot of those.

I'll look it up better before I pull anything else out of my ass.
>>

they will never leave, and even if they somehow did they will be begging to be let back in after spain and belgium veto them entering EU and their economy tanks because muh oil isn't worth shit

>>
>>78739499
good riddance to them

they will leave and then try to join EU. Spain will veto because of catalonia and belgium simply does not want them because they need london instead. Scotland then goes venuzuela tier thanks to a shitty economy based on muh oil and begs to come back in. hopefully we don't let them and they starve when they run out of haggis.

Soros would have never bought up all that gold if he wanted the EU to stick around.

>create crisis via mass migration
>tell everyone gold is worthless, EU strong
>buy up all the cheap gold
>crash the EU with no survivors
>Gold is now at its highest value in 8 years
>Le Happy Merchant Face
Goyim are so easy to trick ;^)

And the ride isn't even over. The nations of Europe are going to be in massive debt for a decade now, seeing as how they are getting triple hit with Old Fags, Welfare Migrants, and the 15 kids Mohammad got his 4 wives to pump out are going to suck up enormous resources from the State over the next 20-25 years before they ever start paying back any taxes themselves.

Gee, if only there were some rich bankers sitting on mountains of gold with which to make secure loans to the Nations of Europe now that their economies are wrecked and nobody wants to buy their bonds....
>>
Will Britain even exist in the next couple of years? By leaving the EU, the U.K. is now succeptible to disintegration. One of the major points that led to Scotland staying in the UK during the last referendum was due to the UK's membership in the EU. Scotland is already calling for a 2nd referendum, and Sinn Fein in Northern Ireland is already calling for a border poll.

From an Economic standpoint it'd be good, but Scotland are our blood brethren and we should always stick by them.
We are no longer an Empire, and they need to see that they're as free as any man in England. We are very much Equals, and where their interests diverge from ours, they have their own parliament with further promise of even greater devolution
>>
>>78747832
It doesn't. They run a 10% deficit compared to our 3%, and oil is still falling.

Even more terrifying, their nationalists assure scots that oil can support their economy. IT ISNT, and it will not.

They can be free, but they cannot be free with their current levels of spending. They would need severe austerity, when they've refused continually to accept modest austerity. They want less austerity.

Scotland can be free, but not under the SNP, and the EU will not bail them out, it can't afford to. It could barely afford to bail out its current members when the UK was footing the bill. To accept the scots under the SNP would be accepting a burden. A burden we, as kin, are happy to cover, the EU would not be so forgiving.

tl;dr, they have three choices
1) Rule Britannia
2) Become extremely austere and conservative and independant
3) Crippling severe debt with nobody to bail them out
>>

The Romans referred to the people living in Ireland as Scoti, who eventually settled in Scotland via the Isle of Skye in the fifth century. The Picts lived in modern Scotland during the Roman settlement of Britain.

It is not going to happen, the government won't allow Scotland another independence vote and there is no mechanism for self-declared independence either. The Scots are trapped unless the government says otherwise, which they most certainly will not.

All this "Scotland is gonna leave now" bullshit is just scared Remainers trying to use what little leverage they have to essentially hold the nation hostage, but they do not have any real leverage, these are all empty threats.

They lost and they are going to slowly and painfully realize that over the coming weeks, and we will all laugh and laugh as they stumble into their shameful little corner of utter pathetic defeat and finally shut their mouths forever.
>>
>>78757009
Scotland literally tried to throw the UK under the bus by voting Remain, they are not loyal.
