I actually have a theory about these polls and the Trump news as of late. Even though Clinton is barely showing her face, I suspect Trump is purposefully making his polls stay low, although they are definitely biased.
The key here is Sanders. As bad as he is in the eyes of the globalcuck elite, he is still a politician and a member of Washington -- more exploitable than Trump ever would be. The Dems have been holding on to Sandals as a last resort, if the public's hate was that great for Clinton that it would be a confirmed loss they would hand it to Sanders at the convention. It wouldn't be the first time Hill willingly stepped aside so that her corrupt party could maintain power.

This is what I think will happen (Not happy about it but thats what the state polls are saying.) As for the swing states here's my breakdown of it
Florida: Clinton up 8 points
Ohio: Consistent ties, some show Clinton up 1 or 2 though (Still within the margin of error)
Pennsylvania and New York: Far better turnout in the primaries for Democrats plus RCP polling in those specific states.
Again, I'm not happy about this, just what I think will happen, however I could totally be wrong since a lot of the polls were too close to tell, and a lot can happen between now and November.
Lastly, can you guys please stop paying attention to the national numbers? You know it's possible for someone to be president and still NOT have the popular vote?
