>>78670795
His position is untenable, he's lost all credibility. He will resign and the next pm will invoke article 50 and negotiate the exit
>>78670355
It will happen. The EU itself is now urging you on because they don't want you to stay long enough to cause significant reforms.
>>78670795
Internal Tory part squabbling until October, then we get a Brexiteer or near enough neutral PM to give us a negotiating position.

This is the thing ive gathered from all of this. A leave vote was a gamble on the EU collapsing. If it does then leaving was the right decision, if it doesnt then leaving was a terrible decision, it all hinges on what happens to the EU

Not really.
It's objectively true that the EU is doing really shit and all they have done with all of their problems is paper over cracks.

>>78673329
God, I'm with morality man in hoping that both Labour and the Tories utterly collapse.
Without the prospect of a cushy Brussels position, perhaps both parties will start to be flushed of awful politicians.

REEEEEE
General observations.
Eu cunts have said they don''t want to wait until October for a new PM to arrange our exit. We all know the reason for this right? RIIIIGHT?
They want to start punishing us as soon as possible so they can demonstrate to other countries thinking about leaving how BAD it would be if they do. They are literally acting like the bully in the playground right now. This is why we left. They are ranting in their boardroom and won't even discuss with us anything right now. They just want us out of the EU as fast as possible because...butthurt.
This is why other countries need to get the fuck out of the EU.
We also need to start posting armed guards at ther channel tunnel entrance. I can see France becoming 'lax' on border patrol because 'we have no reason not to let the migrants through anymore'. Anyone coming through the tunnel on foot should be shot as an example. Those migrants would think twice about coming here then.

Labour likely will collapse because of infighting.
The vast contingent of pro-EU shills in there will not accept that their core voter base (tribal Labour working class northerners and Welsh) disagrees with them and will continue the march towards '''''progressive''''' leftism.
They'll end up winning seats in metropolitan middle-class areas and student cities and their other voters will go to UKIP.
Tories will have no choice but to nominate one euroskeptic for their leadership contest (probably Boris) and will force through a moderate cuck (probably May) as the competition. Their grassroots will overwhelmingly vote for Boris and we'll see a solid Tory cabinet that is utterly cucked by backbenchers who will drag them left, instead of the other way around as it has been up until now. Therefore less likely to actually collapse, more remodel themselves
Best case scenario Labour gets rekt, Tories drift left to become the catch-all middle class party and UKIP rise on the centre-right as opposition with working class and conservative support

Oil is still lower than they were banking on and in the time it would take to 1. run the referendum campaign, 2. negotiate the exit and 3. get all the long tail shit tied up afterwards (it was estimated at one year last time, more complex now for the following reason) they will have been dragged out of the EU - meaning that to rejoin, even if we assume they managed to meet all the other conditions (which is unlikely in itself) they would have to adopt the Euro.
Scucks would not choose the EU over the UK. They'd be too afraid to drop Sterling, they'd lose a fuckload of bennies because the EU will not give them as much as Westminster does and they'd get Project Feared so hard their assholes would feel chafed for months.

Neither of them have a valid claim to another referendum.
Just because their countries voted for the UK to remain in the EU, that does not automatically signal that they'd want to leave the UK and join the EU as independent states.
NI only voted 56% in favour of remain, hardly a landslide
Scotland voted two years ago in favour of remaining in the UK when the prospect of an independent Scotland in the EU was shot down as impossible.
It's sabre rattling from butthurt, dumb fucking nationalists and it unfortunately might work.

One thing I do kind of actually credit Cameron for here is that I think he's taken the right stance.
Right now there is a lot of hysteria and panic and high-running emotions among the public and even the MP's. A short period of calm to recover and collect our / their thoughts is necessary so people aren't voting for the next PM purely on emotion, and so the EU arses don't react too strongly for the same reason.
For the first time in my life I also respect Cameron, for coming out with dignity and his head held (relatively) high and for actually keeping a promise for once.
