I really like the Ukrainian one.
"The glory and the will of Ukraine has not yet died."
Fuck. I want to see them thrive, /pol/. I want the national culture to escape the moral depths and to be able to hold their heads up high. My dad's side of the family is Ukrainian, and apparently my great grandfather was the ministry of transportation until he left for the West to escape communism. I can't blame him and I would've done the same but now I, as a half western and half eastern European Canadian, find myself with little traditional culture to speak of. It sucks. I want a nation, a national culture. Some would call the anthem depressing but I think it's beautiful. Something in me speaks to the underdog. This anthem to me means hope and valour in the darkest of times. It's a wonderful and high sentiment held universally among mankind. I want to see them win. I want to see them cut muslims in half with big swords on horseback.

Ukrainian culture is non-existent at this point. Ukraine did have culture when they considered themselves as subjects of holy Rus (because they are), but now they're replacing it with pseudo-culture and neo-nationalism so that they can reorient their peoples into a westernised 'culture' of consumerism and death.
Same thing happened in Russia also, fun fact; there's a war going on against Russians, and this war only really concerns a specific 10% of the population, the 10% being people's who have truly maintained their culture and ideology since the foundation of Rus. In Ukraine, this percent is actively at war with the westerners, because they want to extinguish their memory and culture, the true culture of Ukraine.

ukrainian here as well. i want the same things but ukrainians need to stop seeing russia as the biggest bogeyman in the world. God forbid if there's a large-scale conflict between russia and muslims and ukraine actually sides with the muzzies just to spite russia
