I noticed under "nationality" on this wiki it says "Mexican American" ... does that happen anywhere else in the world? or can anyone provide reasons beyond just 'fuckin kikes' as to why he wouldn't just be an American since he was born and raised here?

Not sure if unique to the USA or not but seems like it used by people here a lot more than elsewhere in the world.
White people take pride in their race by being successful and making the world a better place, ethnics take pride in their race by telling everyone how proud they are of their race.
There are historically lots of French Britons.

How many list it or say as their nationality when asked though? I mean sure almost everyone in the USA could find several countries to list on the added on in front because it Is a country of immigrants from the start, but nobody does except minorities... Why?

It's not just Mexicans that do that. Whites will call themselves "German Americans" despite having family that lived in this country for generations. Even worse that colleges try to tell us that there is no such thing as American nationality.
Mexican is an ethnicity, not just a nationality. That's why you have a billion different X-Americans.

Simply means these people are not full americans because they didn't integrate. French muslim is a thing for the same reason.
