The issue at hand is that niggers never evolved to plan ahead.
When the ancestors of white people left Africa, we had to evolve to deal with the climates we inhabited. In Europe and Asia, winters are something you have to plan for months in advance. In the winter you can't grow food, it's harder to get water, and you have to be prepared with clothes and firewood.
Niggers never evolved to do all that. In Africa, there's no such thing as winter really. It's always hot and sunny or hot and rainy. There's no need to ever plan more than a day or two in the future. They never needed to develop the planning and foresight that humans in colder climates needed to develop to survive and thrive.
This extends down into their everyday behavior and we can still observe it today. Look at how they kill and steal with abandon. It's because they literally are incapable of seeing the consequences of their actions. The typical thug nigger who sells drugs and blasts his enemies in the street really and truly does not think of the consequences of his actions because he simply never needed to and neither did his ancestors.
