I have a friend who works in PR and is basically the modern Don Draper. They pay him to manage their social media accounts, he fucking hates social media too . He has to interact with Facebook executives all the time. He said they basically tell clients that they can get them A ZILLION LIKES if they pay facebook zillions of dollars to make content for them instead! Dumb ass old managers who don't know what the Internet is just go along with this.
He said he's never seen an easier group of scamming bastards then Facebook. Basically they're making a money because their name is Facebook and people recognize that word.
But yeah I believe their bias starts at their hiring process, it seems like they only hire a certain kind of normie in the first place who has the most mainstream, politically correct views and opinions on everything.
