Is weed /pol/ approved? I myself have some pretty mixed opinions about it.
All of my friends that smoke it seem to be just your regular guy who doesn't really think about politics and thinks what the leftist media says.
However I probably wouldn't have found/ pol/ without it, and it seems to be somewhat better than alcohol.

one of my friends can't smoke it because they don't know how to stop, another one gets anxiety issues from it, another one gets weird physical hallucinogenic tactile feelings, etc. etc.
for me, it's very chill. i like doing boring maths while high, and lose all creative ability as well. like i said, very different for different people. i have no trouble stopping as well. some people have trouble sleeping, but i'm an insomniac, so that could explain it.

From my lifelong relationship with it one thing i have noticed is that it brings the unconcious mind to the surface in a way. I smoke weed a lot. I spend most of my time by myself, either digging out in the middle of nowhere for my construction contracts, or coding all day for my programming contracts.
Smoking helps keep me interested in whatever job I'm doing and it helps pass the time. Weed is a good drug for loners, to me its better than alcohol. I rarely drink alcohol at all because it just makes me feel shitty, weed usually makes me feel pretty good.
