The tattoos also have no standardization which is extremely interesting.
Differences among tattoos include: color, location, font, orientation. The reason why standards like this are necessary is because the prisoners can tattoo themselves and alter or even create a tattoo while obfuscating the original.
For example if you were tattoo'd on the upper inside arm, you could then use the lower other arm and get a different tattoo and claim that is the real one they would never know because there's no standards.
