Also after vojvodina was stolen from the huns it was colonized by people of mostly bosnian serb heritage along with some serbianized vlachs. That's not a historic serbian area either.

Albanian's using Latin words for fish, foam, and ship technology for example. If the Latins were so dominant over the Albanians that they replaced those words, then the Albanians would have moved to Vulgar Latin like literally everybody else.

What is more, I would say that the Albanians that presently inhabit Albania are not even real Albanians.
They are Turkified Muslim converts. As you can see, the first name for people we know to speak Albanian was Arbanon/Arbanites.
This changed only when the Christian Arbanites fought the Ottomans and left to Italy and Greece, leaving the Muslim converts in Albania and they changed the ethnonym.
I also think that the odds the Greek-leaning Arvanites did not get their name from rhocatism from Albanian, since the given example is from Italian and not Albanian, implying that that particular rhocatism did not occur in Albanian.
