Counts will get under way when polls close at 22:00 GMT Thursday, 23 June at 382 local centres around the UK. These local results will be declared as the counts are completed before being collated at 12 regional centres, which will also declare the totals for each side. There will be a rolling total so the time at which one side reaches the point of being mathematically unbeatable depends on how quickly the vote are counted and how close the results are running. It is a safe bet that from 4am onwards there should be pretty clear picture of which way the vote is going. A chief counting officer will announce the overall result at Manchester Town Hall. There will be no exit poll.

I don't think so. A few might be swayed, but quite frankly this country frequently polls immigration as a major issue and the majority polled always want more controls. The Tories won the last election essentially on three areas: 1. They weren't Labour or the SNP, 2. EU Referendum with many who would have otherwise voted UKIP voting Conservative to get the Referendum and 3. A pledge to reduce Immigration down to tens of thousands (which now lies in complete tatters).

The Economist is reporting that Economists working for the IMF and the American Government, who wants Britain to stay in for it's own political interests, not ours.
The NFU has voted 2 to 1 to support Leave. In addition, we import mostly luxury goods abroad, could easily afford CAP payments and actually RAISE them outside of the EU, plus presumes that we would have difficulties with free trade or that the current WTO tariffs would be a problem (when in reality we would be better off trading with the EU under WTO tariffs than we are now).
The Music Industry wants to remain in because it wants to sign the UK up to draconian copy-writing laws and crackdown heavily on Piracy, ignoring the fact that Piracy boosts sales.
The UK tourist industry is ignoring the fact that we could keep tourist visas easily accessible outside of the EU or even encourage further tourism from outside the EU. In addition, if tourism from the continent is damaged, than domestic tourism would improve as people would visit within Britain than go to the continent if visas are imposed.

I read History at university and while there was a very pro-EU environment at my College, there were lecturers who did actually say that they felt that the EU was an attempt to reintroduce a feudal state of affairs to the world and roll back the advances of the Early Modern Period.

185,000 net. Actual immigration rates are about double the net figure. Plus that's the official figure and we've seen more National Insurance numbers issued to people from the EU than are recorded entering the country on a scale of at least tens of thousands.
To put the net figure into perspective, imagine a city four times the size of Winchester coming into the country. Every year. With an increase every year. And these are the tailored figures to present as good a number as they can.

Also on the EU funding issue, we get less than half of what we pay in back, and, this is the crucial part, WE CANNOT CHOOSE WHERE AND HOW THAT MONEY IS SPENT.
The EU has a record of funding stupid or poorly thought out projects, or artistic endeavors with taxpayer money; like a massive recycling plant in rural Cornwall, or interpretive dance troupes. True, some of the money does go to good use. But we could literally double the amount of money the EU assigns to Britain and still have money left over.
Remember, a vote to leave the EU is a vote to have £110 Billion pounds freed up to fund services, invest in education, research and industry, bolster the forces, pay down the national debt or take away from tax.
