My mum's dad had a full head of hair all his life. All the other men in my family have gone bald, but not this early.
Why are you all so scared of losing your hair that you'd want to take chemicals that might cause your nob to fall off?
If it's just started no one really cares, just get an appropriate haircut. If it's getting bad just shave it all off.

>>77853211
Nice, I am tempted. One thing that keeps me back is the need for a prescription.. I may go for this though, it seems like the best option out there for keeping hair and perhaps re-growing some.
>>77853138
It depends on how you are balding, your age...
First you have to have the receding controlled with finasteride through some time. This is very important because if you continue balding then you will have the transplant in front but you will start balding in the back.
If you're younger than 30-35 I wouldn't recommended it.
If you're below NW4 don't do it.
Sometimes the outcome don't looks so great. Be careful.
>>77853211
Do you think the side effects are blown out of proportion? How long have you been on it?

>>77853941
it's a hair piece that looks more like an actual hair than a hair piece. pick related is hair system
>>77854118
Interesting, how was it for you? What did it do to your hair and dingdong?
>>77854194
If you are NW2 I would definitely not get a skin graft, just my opinion. I would perhaps get a few hairs from the back placed individually though if you have some cash to spend. I think I probably have a similar hairline to you.
>>77854245
ah i see
>>77854194
You have to wait and see how it advances. Some people bald fast and then the stay NW3-4 forever.
>>77854501
If he goes NW3-4, he might as well get an individual hair transplant from the back to make the hairline nice though right? I agree the skin graft may be too drastic, not ideal.
>>77854269
I didin't work for me. Almost nothing changed. That's why I leave it.
I was in a forum about alopecia were people uploaded their photos and so on and in some people worked incredible well. Is usually said that works in some extent for 85 % of men.
I'm now a NW5. But my alopecia is diffuse so I still have hair on the top, not so much but...
>>77849097
I'm bulking until next spring and then cutting so I have some mass, then I'll finally shave it.
Hopefully at age 21 I'll be able to grow decent facial hair at that point too.
>>77853752
I'm 25. I have no receding whatsoever but Im prettified of my hair just thinning out to nothing and one day someone saying "lol anon you have a bald spot lol!"
Honestly it's my biggest fear. Balding feels like god putting the brakes on your life because you're doing too well.

'Hey, think you'll be in your 30's looking like a fox whilst the ho's are hitting the wall? Here male, I shall take your hair and therefore your youthful beauty, therefore hitting the male wall that the MRA's didn't tell you about.'
You sound ok though man, your family seem to have good hair genetics and you have no signs of balding. I am 23 and have the recession at the temples, so it is perhaps too late for me, but you can still fly high like an eagle.
If you are really concerned, look into good hair health. Look into the vitamins, the anti inflammatorys, the biotin, the proper hair cleaning and scalp care products. And most importantly, do not watch 'With open gates', I repeat, DO NOT WATCH 'WITH OPEN GATES'.
>>77842151

I don't doubt it, the stuff happening in Sweden must drive the men's protector instincts insane.
You can draw a comparison between a man who has lost his kid that is now being taken care of by their single mother, and the single mother is bringing all these dodgy boyfriends into the household, but the law stops you from saving your child. The establishment has cut off the limbs of the protective males in reference to the migrant crisis etc, our instincts dictate that this stuff makes uneasy (to say the least).

I bought some of the minoxidil but haven't used it yet, I am afraid of the notion that it might get me stuck on a lifelong course of applying it, and perhaps even losing more hair in the longtime? Not sure. My hairline is ok at the moment, but if it recedes further I'll prob start applying the minox.
>>77858927
And Proscar is over the counter?
>>77859154
Just turned 27
1 year, twice a day. Family/friends says it looks better but you can see thinning still. Maybe some regrowth but at least the thinning has stopped.
My hairline is perfect I just have crown thinning. Usually keep my hair short and style, looks okay but before I started Rogaine people were commenting on the thinning...Remember Rogaine only works on the crown, not hairline
>>77859362
No its prescription, but a lot of docs know what's up and will prescribe it. Better than $40-50 bucks a month
>>77859604
Maybe a few gaps of 1-2 days without it. IT becomes a habit but yes the thought of life use is scary. Plus initially you shed A LOT.
>>77859604
>My hairline is perfect I just have crown thinning. Usually keep my hair short and style, looks okay but before I started Rogaine people were commenting on the thinning...Remember Rogaine only works on the crown, not hairline
That's not too bad a form of hair loss. If worse comes to worst you can get some individual hairs from the back of your head put on the top to fill it out. Also with the Rogaine disclaimer, generally speaking recession at the front indicates the hair being weaker at the front and stronger towards the back, now Rogaine would have a higher chance of working on the stronger hairs as they don't need as much help, but there is still a chance of it working on the front ones, but it's not as high a chance so provide this disclaimer.

It's just really expensive in the US, the transplant averages like 5-6K in the US.
Anecdotally all of the results I have researched were for the crown, not saying it's impossible but Rogaine should not be relied on for improving the hairline
>>77860317
The thought did occur to me it nay be some guy joking using a proxy lol.
>>77860166
The ED side effects scare me. My rational side agrees with the FDA that side effects are rare. However, part of me likes my dick over my hair lol.

In all seriousness though, going bald at a young is bullshit. Fuck my parents' shit hair genes. People with shit genes shouldn't reproduce. It's so selfish.
They don't think about their kid and how miserable and self loathing he's going to be when he has a receding hairline in high school. They just do have kids with their shitty genes and act like it's ok.
>>77860393
If your hair looks fuller for life for about 5-6k it has got to be a pretty good price. Not necessarily if it's the skin graph one though, I tend to veer away from the idea of getting that.

Finasteride
Can make ur Willy tired but at least ur not a balding faggot
>balding as fuck
>can't afford medicine
>don't have the right face shape for a shaved head
This is such fucking bullshit. Most guys twice my age probably have better hairlines than me. I don't know what to do. I am so fucking mad and sick of this
>>77860820
Yeah Minoxidil/Finasteride were actually originally blood pressure drugs. It's probably just my irrational fear. If Rogaine craps out on me I will try fin. My buddy got GREAT results
>>77860779
lel, care to explain?
>>77860561
Or they gotta do some Gattaca type gene manipulation preferably.
>>77861005
if things get worse i will step it up to minox/rogaine at least
>>77861005
>My buddy got GREAT results
Nice, next to a transplant it does truly seem to be the best option.
>>77860985
bump
pls help me
what should I do
>>77861377
You will make money, whilst taking biotion/zinc and pumpkin seed oil. You will then use that money for an individual hairs transplant and finn.
>>77860985
Age also?
>>77861377
Hair piece
Shave
Weird hairstyles or whatever just make it worse. Receding hairlines would be tough to deal with
>>77861377
>>77860985
Lift and shave your head. If your body becomes large enough, then the shape of your head becomes irrelevant and the size of your body will compensate for it. Also, make your neck buff as fuck
>>77861538
Does biotin really work? I am always skeptical of vitamin considering we piss most of them out
>tfw walking around in public with huge forehead and thinning patch of hair in the middle
god fucking damn it
It is embarassing and it's not even my fault. It's all thanks to my retarded parents.
This is why I have no sympathy for fat people. They chose to be disgusting. I didn't choose this. It just happened to me.
Balding is the final step of the red pill
You are naturally growing into a skinhead
>>77861695
Well, I have read that humans are rarely deficient in the materials in Biotin, so I am not sure how necessary it is to take supplements. It is a building block of hair, skin and nails. My comment was kind of tongue in cheek.
At the moment I am taking 1mg of Biotin and pumpkin seed oil with small bit of saw palmetto to try and curb my DHT levels. It is a bit experimental, no way near as sure as minox/finn, started a couple of weeks ago.
>>77861696
You could make the argument that balding people are actually more evolved humans than people with a full head of hair, thus, you are less related to apes than people with hair.
>>77841893
Just get a hair transplant
>>77862040
Ah gotcha.
Do you use Nizoral/Ketaconazole shampoo? It's a DHT blocker/antifungal. Use it on and off because it can mess with your liver.
>>77861695
This guy is taking tonnes of Biotin and Zinc though >>77850055
>be me
>be 33
>hairline thinning / receding since late 20s
>dont even care anymore
>>77841893
Stop stressing, it's the only way. I've been in a state of extreme chronic stress the past few years which has led to general thinning and some temple recession but I've always had thick hair and it's returning. Don't trust the rogaine Jew, go natural.
>>77846945
so why the fuck are you sad that you are balding if you make 10k a month go fuck some prostitutes and sMOKE WEEEEEEEEED DUDE IN AMSTERDAM
>>77862278
Animal strength haha.
>>77860561
you're not going bald because genes
you're unhealthy
Improve your diet, exercise more, and lower your stress. Your hair will stop falling out for now.
>>77862044
but I just want to look youthful and pretty ;_;
I didn't ask for this.
>>77862415
>what is male pattern baldness
>>77862415
Not true...
>>77862226
Only shampoo I have at the moment is the Alpecin stuff, but haven't used it that much. I have heard about Nizoral, I will look into those two a bit more. I like how you say perhaps to use it on and off, meaning I can use it kind of loosely and not have to worry about messing with my shedding cycle too much (my concern with Alpecin).
>>77862554
>Alpecin
Never heard of it, looking on Amazon right now...
>>77862348
Ha fuck yeah, perhaps you are right.. That was a good month tho lel, not every month is like that.
>>77861696
>I didn't choose this
You may not have chosen your life, but every day you choose to remain in it.
>>77862170
tfw when 23 and hair looks like left pic
>>77862524
if you start losing your hair at an age <26 it's very very rarely entirely MPB. You might be more susceptible to it, but that just means you have to take the proper precautions that others might not have to.
>>77862386
Ha yep, I would be interested if it has any positive results. Certainly quite extreme. The Biotin I have at the moment recommends 1mg a day, hes on over 50mg if I am understanding correctly lol.
Stop worrying about receding hairline. It adds character.
>Dont fap alot
>Sleep well
>be active (lift or do other shit)
Do these and it will get better
>>77841893
That's pussy shit. I don't care anymore. I can't bring myself to care about very much anymore actually. I'm not depressed or anything, actually quite happy because I'm just apathetic.
>>77862777
I have a healthy diet, I get plenty of exercise, I make sure I get all the right nutrients. I even used to take biotin supplements before I realized it was over for me.
Some of us just have bad hair genes because of stupid selfish parents.
>>77862881
No it doesn't you moron. It makes you look like an ugly, awkward loser aging prematutely. I would honestly be a good looking guy if I had a full hairline. But I don't and I look like an ugly loser because of it.
>>77862650
I don't have much experience with it so I can't say if it works or not, what attracted me to it initially was that it didn't seem to have too drastic chemicals, so using it wouldn't effect my hormones etc.
>hair been thinning since 13
>fixed my crown with rogaine
>hair thinning a lot since 17
>stopped propecia after a year because my dick was dead
i have a b6 shampoo and take vitamins but I've seen no improvements from them. will try Biotin and zinc, thanks anons.
>>77863060
>I can't bring myself to care about very much anymore actually. I'm not depressed or anything, actually quite happy because I'm just apathetic.
Yeah there are three options, either get stressed because of the issues, become apathetic or delude yourself like a leftist.
>>77863202
You're an ugly loser regardless of your hairline, even if it only showed on the inside before.
>>77862777
Fucking wrong.
I am the epitome of fit and I watch everything I eat. I take care of my body and reduce stressors when I can. I don't drink smoke or do drugs.
It's genetics
>>77854245
you're in my thoughts anon, thank you for reminding me of this. I'm close to killing myself until the inevitable need to shave my head head comes around
>>77862650
I did see one guy saying it messed with his minoxidil though, so if you considered using it I would recommend looking into it quite deeply.
>>77854245
Where do you get this? Does it feel real? If someone touched it, could they tell it's not real?
>>77863425
fuck you cunt I don't deserve this
>23 years old hair falls out like crazy
>go to dematologist
>examines hair roots
>not balding, its telogen effluvium it will go away around 6 months
>its been 3 years
>hair had never stopped falling out but it grows back right after losing alot of it in a certain spot
>never ending fuck my shit up hair because all the hairs on my head at at so many different lengths.
>mfw
>>77864483
ignore the amerilard, ameribro. We simply got dealt a bad hand and it's not our fault, I've faced lifetime in prison and nothing gets to me more than remembering that in 1-2 years time I'll have to shave my head
>>77853211
>>77857573
>Due to work related stress.
Holy shit you can't actually believe that?
>>77864622
Use Alpecin and take biotin/zinc and hair growth vitamins.
>>77860065
Is that not considered a receding hairline?
>>77841893
I can't tell if I'm getting my father's hair or my mother's (mother's father's of course). Its the same color as my dad's hair and wavy and thick like his was, but my dad never had a widow's peak and I don't think he ever went bald before he died (although he died at the age of 40 so fairly young). Meanwhile all my uncle's and my grandpa on my mom's side just have a deep receding line but thick hair on their scalp. Hope I get that.
Also what's the best way to reduce receding lines? Other finasteride, I don't want to lose any performance, if anything I need all the help I can get.
>>77864866
its receded a bit no doubt, but i think that is ok for an adult
it's the oposite on me
>haircut
>next 2 weeks I need a haircut again
it's fucking annoying
>>77864879
>Also what's the best way to reduce receding lines? Other finasteride, I don't want to lose any performance, if anything I need all the help I can get.
recession is hard, look into DHT, hair nutrients, scalp stimulants and scalp treatments
>>77864784
I've been taking boitin, thanks for the other recommendations britbong
best of luck to you on the 24th.
Mediation.
Reduces stress and keeps hormones in check to preserve your hair, on top of it being a beautiful practice that grows willpower.
started balding when I was 18, now I'm 21 and I'm mostly over it. started shaving my head about a year ago.
balding young fucking blows in a way that's hard to understand if it's not happening to you. it feels like your youth is being robbed from you.
>>77865388
>best of luck to you on the 24th.
Thank you good sir, and good luck with regaining your hair! Be thankful its not MPB, you are in a good position.
>>77846827
this shit messes with your libido fyi
>>77846934
We call this hairstyle "the polish yamaka" here.
>>77864635
I shave my head and I'm not balding. It's not a big deal.
>>77865388
23rd
>>77865770
Yeah I heard that, I only take a small dose due to being wary of side effects. I take a lot more Pumpkin seed oil in reference to lowering DHT. Have just started though, I will probably switch things up down the line.
>>77865891
Its different though, you will have lots of little dots of hair and not much shine. Bald people have the full shiny skin head.
>>77865892
you're right
my bad
>>77842151
>>77842265
>giving a shit about balding
buzz your fucking hair faggot, you're not 16 anymore when you style your hair 10 times infront of each mirrors you pass before reaching the gates of your school
