They've got a point right? I mean, if we can't be trusted to carry out a campaign without resorting to murder, can we be trusted to go it alone without the EU?

Because I don't get it. The UK is fucked anyway.
Just thank the IBs you aren't a full-on Pakistani/Saudi offshoot yet.
>>

Not even remotely shilling. Today's events have just been a wake up call as to the level of debate and rhetoric used in the arguments and that when all bantz are left aside, Britain will be better in the EU. To claim otherwise after today's events would be heartless, so while the campaigns have suspended their activities, we should be suspending the bantz and promoting unity.

I've had the BBC on all night. The 'Put Britain first' rhetoric has now been reported by the BBC and has even been discussed with footage from Britain First protests. Angela Eagle has done a 180 on what she tweeted as it happened and her account now has no traces of tweets accusing her of the 'Britain first' tweet she tweeted. Hell, even the eyewitness accounts of what actually happened seem to be manipulated by the news. I'm not crying false flag, but something is definitely fishy about all of this.
>>
>>77540367

The question you should be asking OP is whether the murder was orchestrated for this exact purpose?

Tell me just how is canceling the referendum in any way a mark of respect?
>>
>>77543262

But WHAT'S YOUR POINT?
>>
>>77543469
But we can better protect ourselves as part of a larger collective union. That's an issue even people advocating for brexit are conceding. They just think it's a price worth paying. Personally, I don't think lives are worth paying to take a gamble on our economy or for the sovereignty meme.
>>
>>77542016

>>
>>77543894

If you mean the people protecting themselve - they'd be better off out as the EU cares about protecting its INTERESTS not its people.

This even works in favour for you brexiters because the claims of a false flag cannot be upheld if we cancel the referendum as the false flag couldn't in any way affect the referendum if it isn't even happening any more.

No-one is suggesting declaring war on Europe. We'd still be allied with them. In addition, we are the 4th largest military power on the planet. The three above us are allies. We have nothing to fear. Closed borders doesn't help with home grown terrorism. And regardless of whether you like it, virtually no one who has a say in these things is advocating 0 immigration figures. Tens of thousands seems to be the consensus for those advocating a leave and if we have tens of thousands of people coming into this country, we need to be able to chack and fully verify their backgrounds. Remaining a part of the EU will help with this.

It helps with home grown terrorism when they can't fuck off to Syria then return as easy as anything. And anyway, how many have died from terrorist attacks in Britain in the past decade? That issue is nowhere near as pressing as the unsustainable strain put on public services by uncontrollable immigration.

It might not have occured to you, but not all terrorists come from Syria. There is, of course, a very real security threat from Syria and this needs to be a ddressed with EU cooperation to ensure only genuine refugees are allowed entry and those commiting sex attacks or inciting hatred are removed.
But clouding three completely seperate issues, namely the deaths of british citizens in terror attacks, economic migrants and the plight of refugees and asylum seekers is not really helping to set out a clear case for leaving the EU.

They all revolve around immigration. They are not completely separate, they are closely intertwined.
>>

Alternatively, we cut out the middle man and leave the EU, control our own borders and check refugees on our terms, because clearly the EU is failing to do so.

My point was that the number of British citizens dying from domestic terrorism is so minuscule that while it does matter, there are FAR more pressing issues which affect FAR greater numbers of people. Namely the housing crisis (and homelessness), the struggle to keep building schools to match the birth rate, the enormous strain on finances and waiting times in the NHS, and cultural tensions due to poor integration. Extremists will attack us whether we leave or remain, and our national intelligence will not be damaged by leaving because EU states will want to share theirs to gain ours.

Use not abuse.

Thank you for your concern, but I must correct you on your misconception. I am using, not abusing a substance. My ability to work is not adversely affected nor any other part of my life nor any relationship is being harmed in any way by my intermittent insufflation routine.

You are right in what you say about working together, let's just forget our differences and Make Britain Great Again by leaving the tyranny of the EU behind and encourage other countries to do the same. Our goal together will be freedom not slavery.

No. You're either missing the point or trying to misrepresent me. The three seperate issues he discussed were;
>economic migrants and the strain they place on public services
>Asylum seekers/refugees
>The loss of British lives from terrorist attacks

By throwing those points together and attempting to cloud the issue by implying correlation or causation it's not helping to set out a clear case for leaving the EU.

>They will want to share theirs to gain ours
When leave advocates use this argument, they always seem to forget another one that they make about the EU being too bureaucratic and the amount of regulations that are in place. One such example would be the sharing of information from an EU institution to a third party country. There will not be a clear process in place for this and if we vote to leave, I would be surprised that a union that would be damaged by our leaving them would be inclined to be forthright with helping with our security measures.

>it's not helping to set out a clear case for leaving the EU.
Quite the opposite, in my opinion. I feel like you are trying to jumble our points into as incoherent a mess as you can despite the fact we have clearly outlined mass immigration as the root of all of these issues. And anyway, politics are complex, I'm not sure why you are so desperate for soundbite reasons to leave when the reasons are clearly interwoven and more complicated than that, as the Canadian anon pointed out.

As for sharing intelligence, of course they will go behind our backs, as I'm sure we will theirs. Ultimately European nations are allies though, and are dependent on the central intelligence body of the world, or at least of the west, the US. Going behind our backs almost certainly includes going behind the backs of the U.S. too, as the U.S. already share intelligence with us outside of political contracts. I'd much rather America than the EU in that respect, thanks.

The way I see it is that two of those problems, terror attacks and refugees are quite easily solved by ceasing to create fucking wars in the middle east.

The economic migrant crisis is easily solved by leaving the EU and issuing a large number of deportation notices.

The people you want intelligence on, these Syrians coming through Europe you want to get that intelligence from the USA? The Syrians that are approaching the EU, travelling through the EU, wanting to settle in the EU and the terrorists looking to hide in the EU to plan attacks? You want to ask the USA who they are and what threat level they are?
I know I'm being a little simplistic with that rhetoric and there is a point that intelligence should be sought and shared with the USA, but this is predominantly a European issue and an issue for European intelligence.
>>
>>77553336
Oh I see, you specifically meant the Syrian refugees. Okay, I was giving a more broad point about global intelligence post-Brexit. I'll address your point then. As far as checking Syrians and other refugees is concerned, for what reason would the EU willingly deny us vital security intelligence in that regard? Unless you are implying they would suddenly side with ISIS behind our backs, I fail to see why they would deny us information we could do with seeing about potential immigrants from the EU. Imagine if they knowingly allowed terror suspects into the U.K. and an attack was carried out. The EU aren't that stupid.
>>
>>77553336

You really think the european intelligence agencies will stop working with each other because of a Brexit..? Not on your nelly son!

We need to be working much more closely with the Russians on (((islamic terrorism))). It's the fucking americans that are to blame for setting the middle east alight in the first place.

Actually you need to stay in because if you leave we can't trust that your shit government won't start another World War
You've done it several times before and if experience is to be a marker or judgement of a nation, you will cause a war that will see someone suffer for your own personal gain and it wall fall upon others to fix it like always.
You have plenty of reason to leave but the world would be much safer without you cunts trodding around again, same with France

We're equally to blame for the mess to be fair.
