Only when they have a fucked up childood, no money, no education and no relevant talent (but this applies to every non-brilliant human being).
Only time I ever met niggers was at Montreal and they were very friendly too. They offered to help me with my withdrawal at the ATM which was a bit weird but they made sure I got there. Police showed up and chased them away for no reason. It must be hard always being persecuted like that.
