Listen Breivik was essentially using God-mode during his attack. He used explosives. He attacked an Island where the subjects couldn't flee and where it took a long time for police to respond. He also attacked kids.
Omar attacked a gay nightclub full of grown men in a major metropolitan area. He used only guns and no explosives. It took 11 cops to take him down. He also died a mortar.
Breivik meanwhile is in a luxury cell complaining about not having a playstation.
