Yesterday I went to a college town with a friend, not having been there before and knowing only him.
I brought a bottle with me, seeing as it would be courteous to bring a gift as a guest. Ended up partying with, and getting pretty drunk with a bunch of 8's and 9's, something I would never, at this point, be completely comfortable or socially competent if not for the alcohol.
Ended up meeting a bunch of my friends friends that he rooms with, all pretty cool, a bunch of hot chicks that all said I was welcomed back anytime, and just had an all around good time.
