Yes he is. Radical means very very different from the normal. Given how most muslims are all for this kind of behavior, either perpetuating it, condoning it, or not doing anything about it, I'd say that radical Islam is, in fact, peace. Because that's about as far from typical Muslim behavior as you can be.
