Ignore modern art - it's a self-aware circle wank. There is no harm to it because no-one outside of it takes it seriously.
Crowdfunded patronage, the problem with the art you cherry picked as bad is that it's funded by a small group of people and half of them literally have ties with the old Soviet union or with Marxism.
The digital generation still have bad standards, but they still recognise art when it's not shit and will fund it accordingly. Eventually the competition will heat up to the point people will resort to neoclassicism to keep up and by that stage you'll have an uncontrollable renaissance.
All of those are pretty bad.
Classicism is the only patrician, moral, and virtuous mode of painting.
The same sentiment for Romanticism, which is disregard for form, taste, and decorum, is what created immoral art that we see today. The French (you) were responsible for all this. Even French classicism is also quite terrible, except for Poussin and maybe Bouguereau.
If you want to stop today's degeneracy, go back in time and stop French "intellectuals."

modern art started as a self aware criticism of the celrbity of artist. They thought once they got famous, people would just like anything they made no matter how shitty it was, so they made horrible art on purpose to test this and they were right.
Banksy did somthing like this a couple of years ago. He went on the streets of new york, dressed as an average joe, and offered to sell some of his work for like $50 to who ever passed by. He didnt sell any
But then others noticed this and came up with a good plan. They would build up someone as a celebrity in the art world, they would make some dumb shit, and then sell it for millions. Best part is they wouldnt have to wait years for the piece to be completed either.
