So, I just read AfD's party program and it has some pretty good stuff inside:
>Less government
>Limit the power of the political parties
>Limit the career politicians
>Limit lobbies
>More power to the individual members of the EU
>Let the public decide for the Euro
>No german liability for non-german banks
>Limit NATO as a defence force
>Reduce taxation
>Less burocracy in the market
>More free market and less state planning and price regulations
>Less subventions
>No more Rundfunkbeitrag
>Limit islamic practice that is unconstitutional
>Allow open critic on the ideology of Islam
>Limit immigration through asyl
>Only allow immigration of qualified workforce

So, these are some nice liberterian values (more free market, less government) which I find refreshing.
But I wanna discuss this: do you think that all of the positive things are overshadowed by the more ""extreme"" views? I think the liberal media has made a boogyman out of AfD, making them islamophobes, racists etc. which makes the average German not consider them.
Can AfD improve its public image?
