Kinda. Recently 2ch (Russian 4chan filled hohols and self hating Russians) was compromised and they leaked into here. Since then 4chan has been plagued with ddos attacks. The Russians we had before here (you know the ones who actually are patriots and stuff) never had the problems like this.
