it's kind of funny to think that even whites in prison are more civil than blacks not in prison
a LONG time ago I did research on japanese adn european prisons and got to visit, even the murderers were tame (their recidivism rate is almost as high as ours, proving that reform doesn't work) but murder or not, we're just MORE CIVIL even if our races flip out or have crossed wiring.
